Delivery
Shipping is only available within the UK.
Orders will be despatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified after the order has been placed.
All orders are shipped with the Evri Tracked service, and tracking information will be provided.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fancy Things purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised products.
Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply email online@fancythings.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we will respond with return instuctions.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund.
Customers are responsible for any return packaging & shipping fees, with the exception of faulty or incorrect items.
