Delivery & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fancy Things purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges:
Return Period: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, just let us know, and we’ll help you with the return process.
Condition for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on [list any non-returnable items, such as personalized products, hygiene items, etc.].
How to Return: To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team at online@fancythings.co.uk, and we will guide you through the return process. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to assist! The item must still be in new condition and in its original packaging. We will notify you once the exchange has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except when the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item). In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
